[LPGa Executive Committee] Proposed 2020 Budget

Hey Team, 

Please review the proposed 2020 budget. I decided to break it down by
committee this year. You'll find a tab per committee with proposed
budget vs. actuals(always 0 right now). There is also a revenue tab
broken down by proposed fundraising campaign as well as regular donors
and membership numbers(increased by 10% for presidential year and
standard growth). The expenditures tab breaks down each of the committee
tabs for a higher level view. 

Please let me know if you have any questions. I'd love to hear input.
And, most importantly, if you are interested in any of the committees,
please let me know if I missed a budget item and that you'd be
interested in pursuing a project related to that committee. Some of them
have $0 associated with them because I can't plan all of the campaigns.
I NEED HELP! You are the leadership in LP Georgia and should decide how
this ship is run. I appreciate any and all feedback. 

I'm going to give a deadline of mid-next week for any input before I
attempt to put this budget up for a vote.
