[LPGa Executive Committee] Amended Treasurer's Reports

Good Morning,

I've attached amended balance sheets for the March and April Treasurer's 
report dates and a profit and loss for the March report date, so that 
the ballot access fees paid to the SOS are not counted as expenses but 
are listed as an accounts receivable asset. When I was making the 
adjustments I noticed that entering them as transfers to the "Refundable 
Ballot Access Fees" account instead of as expenses is actually the way I 
did it in 2018, so thanks for catching my error, Mark!
