[LPGa Executive Committee] Call to action

This has a lot of unsubstantiated claims in it with on going investigations
as far as i can tell.
It is not specifically addressing anything but is all over the place. This
is more of a rant than a press release.
I would support an independent motion that addresses specific grievances in
support of voterga efforts, but not this.
