[LPGa Executive Committee] Call to action

I don't have the ability to vet all the claims made in the letter, such
that we should officially "sign on" to every line of  content, but in
principle it's fine and I appreciate/would like to recognize our ally orgs'
hard work.

I abstain from the vote.
