[LPGa Executive Committee] LP CSRA Affiliation

Hey Team, 

Tonight, I'll be making a motion to affiliate LP of the CSRA. LP
Augusta-Richmond voted to dissolve and re-affiliate covering more
counties, Richmond, Columbia, and Burke. I've attached their Request for
Affiliation and Approved Bylaws.
