[LPGa Executive Committee] ExComm Attendance Policy

Hey Team, 

I just wanted to remind y'all about the meeting tonight and a couple of
things. The meeting is at 7PM.  The agenda can be found here [1]. Please
let me know if you'd like anything added to the agenda prior to the
meeting. There will be another chance to add agenda items at the
beginning of the meeting. 

If you are attending in person the address is: 

1155 Mount Vernon Hwy NE #800, Atlanta, GA 30338 

The after hours door is directly to the right of the Five Below. There
is no signage or anything. Either comment in Slack that you are there or
shoot me a text or a call at 404-955-4555. 

If you'd rather call in, the call-in number is 267-930-4000 X085-094-600


If you're going to be absent for any reason, just reach out and let me
know. I don't need the why of it, but I do need to know who will and
won't be at the meeting. From the Bylaws:

> If any member of the Executive Committee is absent from 2 consecutive meetings without authorization, said member's position shall be declared vacant. A majority vote of the Executive Committee may suspend this rule in a specific instance.
