[Lnc-credentials-2026] Polling results, and making sure everyone is here

I have received the results of the poll and, based upon it, we will have 
a meeting this Saturday at 8:30PM Eastern / 5:30PM Pacific .   My 
apologies to those for whom this is not the most convenient, and I 
empathize -- I'll actually be on a trip myself this weekend.

The meeting agenda is as follows:

Call to Order - 8:35 PM

Roll Call

Elections for Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary of committee

Gathering information for what states have already chosen delegates

Additional Business

Adjournment

As an aside, once we have officers I would like to suggest the adoption 
of a "standard meeting agenda" for the committee. This is something that 
has worked well for other committees on which I've previously served.

Also, if you haven't used Zoom in a while, I recommend that you fire it 
up and install any updates, prior to the meeting time.
