[LPNY-IT] this is a test

    This is a test of a mailing list that I made up tor the IT Committee. Once we get it optimized, it will be a simple matter to duplicate it for use by the entire state committee, if Yahoo Groups become unavailable. The only drawback is that National will only allow LP e-mail addresses, like lpny.org, for spam-list reasons.
