So Marc Bozzacco has brought up an issue, not to me, or to the board, but it has come to my attention. So in practice, if a county committee, having been recognized, has 12 members in good standing, we have simply recognized them as having a board vote. What I have done, with this minor adjustment, is to codify our standing practice. Let me know what all of you think, and if it is good to go, we should add it to our report. Steve
