The Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania respects the rights of property owners to manage their properties as they see fit. However, any hotel, convention center, or other such venues that by their policies disregard the Libertarian non-aggression principle or does not respect fundamental and guaranteed liberties, especially Article I, section 21 of the Pennsylvania State Constitution that states “The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned” not be considered as a site for a convention of the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania.
