Jenn and Committeepersons, My concern remains that "Section 5 2 - Transaction of business" still allows for a continuous 24/7/365 online voting session. Please let me know as soon as possible, because John Fetsko wants this as soon as possible because he has a Liberty on the Rocks tonight. Issues I noticed when looking over again: When I added my last minute stuff last night, I was in a meeting, and was only half paying attention. I fixed the two issues that I created (sorry about that) 1. It is Affiliate Support, not development 2. The nomination stuff was separated because it is a question that will most likely be handled at different portions of the convention. Averting a potential shit show

So Marc Bozzacco has brought up an issue, not to me, or to the board, but it has come to my attention. So in practice, if a county committee, having been recognized, has 12 members in good standing, we have simply recognized them as having a board vote. What I have done, with this minor adjustment, is to codify our standing practice. Let me know what all of you think, and if it is good to go, we should add it to our report. Steve
