Zoom meeting

All, Based on the pace of my new job, I will definitely be unable to make the zoom tonight. Will someone please bring up the convention plans and move to approve the location and deposit? It can hold over 200. I'm expecting over 100 people to go. Price is 1000, plus 200 for security and 200 for bartenders in the evening. Deposit is 100. Thanks!

Usually Sept is down since we have a lot of coverage from State Fair in August (which we did have) butsome stuff in the news kept Facebook humming. We need another Rae's Cafe day by day story everymonth. Numbers were triple what was expected. Which is a good thing. We reached 88,000 differentpeople last month. I wish they still gave us total viewership for the month. Used to be 10-15 thousand aweek and this month was probably triple that. Twitter and Mewe were about the same but did showsignificant increase in members. People are looking for alternate accurate information sources. Thanks to those that sent us pictures from meetings and events. Please keep doing that.Viewership for those has continued to increase. Get your 15 minutes of fame on.

Executive & State Committees, As the coordinator for this years MoLP booth at the MSF, I would like to thank those of you who helped staff our booth and to those of you who continue to contribute financially so that we might have a presence at the Fair! SAVE THE DATES: August 11-21, 2022 for next years MSF! The MoLP booth at the MSF has primarily been a one man show for the last few years. I would like to begin next years planning now and welcome anyone who would like to participate. So I am proposing the creation of a MSF Committee to put together proposals for which the Executive Committee can support or reject. We should coordinate with the Convention Committee to come up with a theme for next year (i.e. Giving Liberty a Voice). Vice Chair report

I know this is a day early, but since I'm already emailing y'all, might as well add this! Your vice chair is still working on getting a big name to come to the February convention for a fundraiser, and confirm speakers for the afternoon portion of the day. I recently attended the region 6 training put on by National. It was excellent. Aaron Crum from Newton county and his son John attended as did Jeanne Chickanoski from St Louis. I will be getting the slides from Tyler so that I can replicate the training around our state. They also had recommendations for how to grow membership and increase fundraising. If we have time, I'll discuss those Tuesday night. I now have 8 people who want to be part of a committee to help with the wording of any bylaws and platform changes, so that we will likely encounter less problems with them at convention and *hopefully* scoot things along faster. Next month I hope to confirm speakers and work out a menu. Regards, Robin Dominick
