I understand a few folks had questions about who Young Americans for Liberty are. This is from Porcfest earlier today and will answer many questions about what we do. Including that YAL has spent more on Libertarian Candidates than the Libertarian Party has. Great speaker. We have 12 Hazlitt members in Mo that I am in contact with and are friends of the LP. While I was being paid to campaign for Shwandron on election day, he was there with me and asking folks in line to ask me about Jorgensen, which I thought was cool. I am only taking what we were given in writing on that day into consideration. Not what "was decided later". This is not going to be a Trump election where we make up the results as we go if we don't like them. Control was lost when Bill, in a well meaning attempt to hurry up the process, recruited others to help gather the information, giving multiple conflicting sources, so now we have information spread across several sources. You notice there were no complaints about the Exec Committee so far. That is because the information was gathered normally in an orderly and proper fashion. Also there are only two spots. Just because 3 or more people put their name down, only 2 people are getting appointed. >From the meeting I have a written note to move Tom Rowlette to District 4. If Tom has agreed to be removed I will replace him with Bryan Chandler. Since we have not voted to approve those minutes yet there is still some flexibility. Sean, please make the change. Greg asked why Ashtyn was not added. One of my earliest notes said that she was not in 15 and did not want to be on the State Committee, she was going to be on exec. Also there was not room in District 16 for the move. However, Court Gus Tiefenthaler in District 16 notified me this week that after the LPNH mess, and Joey resigning, that he was leaving to join the Republicans. So Bill is welcome to appoint her to District 16 if she wants and he so chooses. Sean, please take Court off the lists, webpage, etc. The only mistake so far was that I did not get Draig replaced with Jared Hausmann. I did find his information on the bottom of a note. For that I apologize. Sean please get him added. To finish answering John's question from the meeting Tuesday night, unlike the last decade of having lots of vacancies on the exec committee, the only opening is a District 5 Alternate. If someone wants to be active AND represent District 5 (mostly KC area but it gerrymanders) then let us know and Bill can appoint them. District 5 can also recommend for consideration anyone they want until it is filled. Now that we have all of these people on Exec committee, it would be great if they all showed up for the monthly calls. :) If there is ANY other questions let me know now and I will look into it. Trying to finalize everything this week. MO LP HTS - Prototype report - June 2021 - County count 5

Attached is the latest version of the web page I mentioned in tonight's Exec Committee meeting. For those who weren't there, it is a report on the status of each Missouri county's affiliate party or unofficial group for that county. Its purpose is to provide encouragement to those who are already making their county LP effective, and to those who would like to be more active. It is my intention to publish it early each month using updates received from each county's local HTS contact. The first one will be distributed in early July. If you have any suggestions about format, content, name, or anything else, please let me know. Here's a question to get you started: Should the report that comes out in early July about the statuses as of the end of June be labeled the June report or the July report? And another: Is there a better name than "How They Stand"? I doubt anyone will get the reference to the Major League Baseball standing tables that used to appear in newspapers. (Remember newspapers?) The only thing it has going for it is, it's not at bland as "Missouri Libertarian Affiliate Party Status" or something comparably generic. -Eric

We had a really good month the month before. Numbers were way up.But we had the Missouri Legislature in session and there were better lawsuitsgoing on and we had convention pictures, etc. and the numbers reflect that. This month has been slower with not much going on in the news with no majorscandals and people are more interested in getting out of the house and doing stuffversus sitting at their computer and the numbers for this month reflect that also. Time for Missouri Libertarians to start announcing candidacies and doing eventsand local fairs and monthly meetings and send in your pictures and we will get them posted and givethe voters something positive to look at the next month.
