I added links on the Convention Event page [7] to the Rules Proposals page and the Election Committee report.

I edited the blog post on the convention [8] to indicate that these reports are present.

The aforesaid blog post shows up on the lpky.org home page [9].

I haven't yet found the time to post html versions of any of these.

Let me know if you have any corrections or suggestions for improvements.
