Sending Constitution, Operating Rules to Rules Comm List and Lex for posting / updating on the website .. To keep things from getting insane it would probably be best to remove the originally-posted and replace with these. I'm still working on Bylaws, since the Elections Committee did release their rules and I need to compare/contrast/take from that report and add to my proposal. --- Ken C. I am attaching the addendum / revision as permitted by the bylaws. This is the closing period of the comments and revisions for the Constitution under the existing bylaws.

I believe I captured all of the changes to which we agreed. There are still some discrepancies where decisions will need to be made on the floor. But I think I captured everything else.

I'll break up the document as I did before next, but I needed to get this in before midnight to comply. It's 11:50PM. :)
