[Lpk-rules] No meeting tonight - request for meeting on 10/30

All - We do not have quorum on the call. Our committee chair, Mr. Cranley, would like to move/postpone this meeting to 10/30 at 6:30PM with the goal of being through all non-substantive proposals prior to the in-person meeting on 11/9. Also we need to officially approve the alternate meeting location on 11/9. Minutes from previous meetings and the updated proposals doc are all in the Rules Comm drive. -- Ken C.
