 12/8/2019 Moellman motioned LPKY authorizes the expenditure of a setup fee of no greater than $50, and a monthly recurring expense of no greater that $25 per month, for a State Party phone number with voicemail; Cranley seconded. Daniel, Hicks, Gailey; Nay votes; Wiest - Motion carries 6-1 _______________________ To accept these in-kind donations and apply as their yearly dues. *David Patterson* has agreed to be LPKY's professional photographer at the Campaign Bootcamp event in January. He is willing to do professional headshots for attendees, and capture a few additional photos of the event. His charges begin at $65 for 15 minutes and will be there for about 1.5 hours. Mr. Patterson, is willing to do this as an in-kind without seeking payment for his services or gas to attend and offer his services. Motion to accept Mr. Patterson's in-kind contribution of approximately $300 and treat this in-kind donation in lieu of LPKY yearly membership dues from his last recorded membership. ____________________ *Ginny Saville* has paid for Dan Johnson's flight to attend the Campaign Bootcamp event in January. Motion to accept Ginny Saville's in-kind contribution of $335 and treat this in-kind donation in lieu of LPKY yearly membership, dates will be recorded from the date of ticket purchase (12/18/2019) through one year. ____________________ **Donna & Richard Mancini** contributed $300 to LPKY as Platinum Sponsors for the Campaign Bootcamp event in January. Motion to treat at least a portion of this amount to cover their yearly membership dues beginning on the date their check is cashed. ____________________ **Kaycie Knarr** has been posting on more than three affiliate pages, three times a day (each) everyday (minus vacations and deaths in the family) for 1.5 years.
