All - I just spoke with Emily Dennis at KREF. There are no other alternatives being proposed by KREF to the original conciliation agreement. In my effort to get all expenses off the books, and the books caught up, I want to pay this penalty immediately. I have donated $270 to the party (which, after fees was $262.xx) toward paying this penalty. If there is no objection, I want to pay this penalty at $270 and be done with this. PS. Please remind your treasurers that the next KREF filing for the 2nd half of 2018 is 2/7/2019 and KREF _will_ fine you if you are late. They are cracking down. So don't be late. -- Ken C.
