All - Attached is the Rules Committee Report for 2019-2020, for consideration at the State Convention. The deadline for our committee or any member to submit proposals for Constitutional changes to be considered without a suspension of the rules on the floor is today. Anything that didn't get at least 3-6 in the committee was not included. There are 3 proposals, total. The first is everything done by unanimous consent, and is therefore lengthy and done as a copy of the whole Constitution and Operating Rules marked up in redline. Ken, We need a place on the lpky.org website where we can share documents that will be considered at the state and district conventions. Can you add a new tab at the top of the Homepage called "Pending Issues" or some such? Lex, Let's chat about this off-list, but I had planned to put the committee reports into the event itself. So for state party, the Rules Comm, Plat Comm, etc reports would be on https://lpky.org/event/2020-lp-kentucky-annual-convention-2020-03-07/ so that everything having to do with that convention is found at one link. Likewise, reports for other parties can be put into the event for that affiliate. We also have individual member proposals coming in. Deadline is either today at midnight or tomorrow at 9:30am ET, depending on one interprets the rules. (Either 45 days prior to the day of the convention, or 45 days prior to the planned opening gavel). ken --- Ken C.
