I offer the following motion to the committee:
*WHEREAS*, Current, ongoing, or anticipated matters necessitate securing
qualified legal representation; and
*WHEREAS*, The Executive Committee has a fiduciary responsibility to
authorize expenditures and properly manage the party's treasury; therefore,
be it
*RESOLVED*, That the Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of
Kentucky hereby authorizes an expenditure in an amount not to exceed
$2,000.00 for necessary legal expenses; and
*RESOLVED*, That the Treasurer is authorized and directed to disburse these
funds upon the receipt of itemized invoices or retainer agreements approved
by the Chair
