I'll have to present this to our state Chair and get back to you. How much is deposit to book the rooms or does it have to be paid in full to book? I'll have to see if we have adequate insurance as well but we can purchase if need be. Please find attached a pricing proposal that outlines our rates (based on up to 50 people) and what is included with our rental. A few things to note: 1.) Since CityPlace is typically closed on Sundays, we don't offer discounted Sunday rates. We are able to substitute the Sunday rate for a Friday 5-hour rate which provides a savings of $300. 2.) Your email did not mention a specific date. I did want to let you know that the weekend of February 16 - 18 will be reserved for the Spring Home Projects Show. This is a community-wide event that will use our entire campus. We also are booked for March 22-23 for a Royal Ball event. 3.) We are an alcohol and drug free venue. 4.) We do require a copy of your liability insurance which names CityPlace as an additional insured. 5.) If you plan to use our technology (televisions, sound) we require a pre-event tech test with whomever will be responsible for that on your side. At least two weeks before the event is ideal. It would need to be on a Saturday 8-5 and Sunday 8-12. Classroom style with podium, microphone, AV, projector, tables and chairs. We are expecting 30-60 people. We are a non profit organization and would qualify for the special pricing. Being as we won't be serving lunch, it would be a boost to LaGrange restaurants to have us around that weekend. It would be nice for us too .. I used to work in LaGrange and could easily recommend Red Pepper, Ernesto's, the Chinese buffet, etc. If you have availability within those time frames, please let me know what the pricing would be and if there are any deposits or other fees. If you don't have availability, would you be so kind to let me know as well.
