Good afternoon.
This is a motion to run Chris Hall for run for Kentucky senate district 28.
As a leader, Chris has dedicated his life to the development of others. He
takes pride in his ability to take on under-performing organizations and
teams, and to reform them into successful and productive groups. He is
experienced in managing complex projects and collaborating with executives
across various disciplines, important skills for a state senator. His
background includes implementing important organizational practices, such
as team alignment and creating a sound management infrastructure, as well
as developing a pipeline of technical and managerial leaders, and fostering
a culture of collaboration, initiative, and innovation, resulting in
tangible business results that will be a boon for Kentuckians.
Chris takes joy in coaching and mentoring his team, and strives to help
them reach their full potential. He has excellent time-management skills
(also important for a state senator), enabling him to break down large
goals into smaller tasks and focus on each one.
He believes in the leadership style of James Autry, which is to ensure that
work provides spiritual and personal growth, in addition to financial
gain. Chris is also a former professional fighter who fought for the
heavyweight championship of the world in 1995, and was inducted into the
Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2009. You couldn’t ask for a better balance in
a state senator.
