Motion to Add Don Stacy as District 5 Coordinator

Realizing the dislike for email ballots, I apologize for this motion. I motion to add Don Stacy as District 5 Coordinator effective immediately. CiviCrm is the best resource LPKY has to get Coordinators off the ground and running. I spoke with Don a couple weeks ago about this, and his level of enthusiasm is high. Time is pressing for me b/c I have scheduled two CiviCRM meetings next week, and the next class wouldn't/couldn't be until after Convention. In order for Don to be on this training, he needs an LPKY email address, and in order for that to happen, he needs the D5 Coordinator title. Don Stacy used to live in Louisville many moons ago when Donna Mancini was chair. He moved to TN to become a Dr, and is now living in his home town (somewhere in) D5. It was determined, that in order to move forward and adhere to all guidelines and restrictions that all indoor aspects of the Fair could not happen for 2020. At this time, South Wing C is still being utilized as a potential field hospital and will continue to be throughout the duration of the Fair. Due to social distancing guidelines and capacity limitations the 2020 Kentucky State Fair and World's Championship Horse Show will look much different. Below is a list of what the Fair will consist of. Inside Space will be utilized to stall livestock & horses only. No exhibits or vendors will be located inside the buildings. Outside Entertainment, The Midway, Food Concessions, Beer Tent and Free Concerts will be operating under COVID-19 regulations and guidelines in all available outside space. Resolution to 2020 Membership Review Commitee Case 1

All, Here is our final ruling regarding the official membership review complaint we received last month. Please review before tonight's meeting. Our recommendation as a committee is that we release this formal statement to the public, to clear everything up.
