All: 1. Attached is the proposed agenda for tomorrow's call; 2. Attached is the court orders from the federal court in our ballot access case that got entered today; 3. There is an item on the agenda for tomorrow's call concerning the Saturday night dinner in conjunction with the convention. It will be cash bar, but the venue costs $250 for reservations. Our home is to make it back with a door fee. We can discuss if we want to cover any donor's dinners. 4. Draft convention rules are also attached for the 2020 state convention for consideration. Rules Committee Report

All - Attached is the Rules Committee Report for 2019-2020, for consideration at the State Convention. The deadline for our committee or any member to submit proposals for Constitutional changes to be considered without a suspension of the rules on the floor is today. Anything that didn't get at least 3-6 in the committee was not included. There are 3 proposals, total. The first is everything done by unanimous consent, and is therefore lengthy and done as a copy of the whole Constitution and Operating Rules marked up in redline.
