All - We have a really great Social Media Director in D4, Kaycie Knarr. Currently, she is maintaining D4 and either 4 or 5 county pages. I have not spoken with her about it, but I'd like to see the efforts she's put into D4 on the state page. I'd like to see the counties take over their own social media, which should free her up to do work with LPKY. This would also decrease the burden on Kaycie and increase the quality content she's pushing out (by reducing the overall bulk, she can be a bit more "picky" about what to post). I have not yet spoken with her about this, but I wanted to see if the state party would be interested in using her services before I did. This week's meeting

Folks: I will not be able to attend the call this week - I am in Florida taking depositions for the next 3 days, and took my family along to make a vacation of it (for them, and maybe for me once I am done working Thursday - we are staying through the weekend). Mr. Short hopefully will be on the call to chair it. I have attached an agenda. I wanted to let the committee know that we filed the ballot access lawsuit, drew Judge Berteslman, have obtained service on the Defendants. The Boone County Defendants have elected not to defend the lawsuit, and in exchange, we have agreed not to seek attorney fees and costs against them. I will be reaching out to Ms. Kendrick and Mr. Hicks to obtain a declaration from them for the injunction motion, which I hope to have filed sometime next week. Talk to you at our next week.
