It’s a modified version of the old Civi CRM NDA. I am proposing this motion:

The Libertarian Party of Illinois maintains specific membership, financial donor information, special events and political lists used in the CIviCRM system , and accordingly must safeguard and protect that information for the security and benefit of our present and future members, candidates, leadership and chapters/affiliates.

My motion is to adopt the attached document (or similar text and format as amended) as the Libertarian Party of Illinois Non-DIsclosure agreement (NDA) . The motion is also to require that any users of any permission tier accessing the Libertarian Party of Illinois’ “LP States CRM” (the CRM) must sign this NDA as a condition of access and use.
