July 20, 2021 – Board of Directors Meeting A. Field Ops Director Les Deffner - 1. Developing Winnebago LP Chapter had their second meeting. The June meeting had 4 attendees, and July had 15. Jacob Harvey has been in communication with Chapter Development Director and Field Ops Director. 2. Marched with the DuPage Chapter at the Bartlett parade. 3. Distributed some of the limited amounts of literature Field Ops Division had to some chapters. B. Field Ops Deputy Director Blake Hanson - No report. C. Membership Director Kevin Mahoney - No report. D. Volunteer Director Lorraine DeNardis-Albert – 1. Has put out a call for volunteers to help with the Northern LPIL chapter regional summer picnic. 2. Planning on attending Young Americans for Liberty Convention and will network with leaders of local college organizations. E. Precincts Director (Open) – 1. (0) Statements of Candidacy - Reminder to SCC Reps and Chairs: Please promote to your members the importance of this position. Until we get a Precincts Committeeman Director, I will be developing training materials to help chapters. 2. This position is in need of being filled. D. Chapter Development Director – Ian Peak - No report. E. Activism Director Keith Zelinske – No report. F. Campus Outreach Director Elizabeth Arnold – No report. G. Division Meeting - none scheduled. H. Field Ops Manual - Almost fully updated. Still pending. Just need Precincts Director job description completed. I. Asking all chapter chairs to inform their members of the (2) slots needed filled: - Deputy Chapter Development Director - Precincts Director – Jake said he had someone in mind.
