As many of you may have heard or seen from the recent BoD minutes, POP3 protocol for LPmail email is no longer supported in 2026. POP3 had a good run since the 80s, but it’s more of a hindrance to maintain on the back end than a rotary dial phone. For a refresher, or in case we may have board members desiring to set up their LP email in their current email platforms of their choice, IMAP (Intern Message Access Protocol) should be used. The Guide for setup is now on our LP directory on Box.com <http://box.com/> and can be viewed here. Note- these revised IMAP / Webmail instructions are generic for all BoD / SCC members, so no passwords or credentials are found here.
