I had a little bit of extra time to draft up a more detailed analysis on where we stand with candidates from 2024 to 2026. As you will notice, there is currently more focus on 2024 as there is only one potential candidate for 2025 and I haven't seen any early interest for our nomination for statewide offices in 2026.
I had to do some significant digging. Not just from previous divisional reports, but also from my email archives -- both from Outlook (2016-2022) and Thunderbird (2023 to date).
Jim, if you need any of the Chicago/Cook/DuPage names that you
don't already have, I'll get a more detailed list for you.
For those local affiliates currently without a regional deputy
director, if you would like to reach out to candidates in your
area, please let me know and I'll send their information to you --
especially in case if you might have deleted any previous
communications from their prior interest in running.
