Thank you to all our donors, both new and recurring. If you are not a
recurring monthly donor to LP Illinois, please visit www.lpillinois.org
and click DONATE. A monthly donation of $5, $10, $25, or any amount
helps out a lot. If you cannot donate monthly, please consider a
one-time donation. Also please consider Lifetime Memberships, which will
get you into future conventions. We paid for a convention earlier this
year and are having an Election Night Watch Party, so please help us
replenish the treasury. Please reach into your couch cushions, put aside
a few coffees, and give whatever you can spare, large or small, to help
rebuild. Become a donor today by clicking here:
https://lpillinois.org/contribute/donate/.
If you are not a Precinct Committeeperson, please consider becoming one.

All-time is $31,753.27 give or take. I have recently audited my
donations. There are a few things I'd like to discuss with the Treasurer
offline regarding some of the donations. My donors brought in $502.70 in
August thanks to several large donations and $167.25 in September.
Cook County ballots in at least one precinct do not give the option to
vote for Michael Murphy, the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court
candidate. We are waiting to hear back from the Clerk County Clerk's
attorney to find out more. If you have a Cook County mail-in ballot that
does not give an option to vote for our candidates, call the Cook County
Clerk's office. Chris Laurent appeared on Hard Lens Media's morning
YouTube show yesterday to discuss the misprinted ballots.
E-mails to the general list went out regarding the slate and announcing
the Chicagoland Election Night Watch Party, happening on Nov. 5. Food
and drinks were provided.
I sent out a press release announcing our slate of candidates. Craig
Dellamore read it and asked to interview Kopinski but Kopinski was
admitted to the hospital.
I served jury duty, so I missed the Cato Institute program last week.
Jury duty was an eye-opening experience and I recommend everyone do it
if they can.
I attended the fundraiser for Chris Laurent last Saturday with
Tsatsoulis and Humay. Please consider donations to Libertarian
candidates. Candidates who are fundraising can see me to send an e-mail
out to our list as I did in previous election cycles.
The task force created last meeting drafted flyers and the Oliver / ter
Maat campaign expressed no objections. The task force has hundreds of
flyers ready to distribute. The Facebook campaign is the next step.
I will be running a write-in candidacy for State Rep in the 39th House
District. Write in Justin Tucker if that is your district. My opponent
is Will Guzzardi who voted for HB4488.
I start classes toward a Paralegal Certificate from DePaul University on
Oct. 29. I want to use my certificate for liberty.
Thanks to all our candidates, volunteers, donors, and voters who made a
difference this election cycle. Thank you.
Write in Chase Oliver and Mike ter Maat for President and Vice
President. Vote Libertarian.
Best,
Justin Tucker

Despite a few of us (mostly, me) being out of commission for a little
bit, a lot has been accomplished the past 60 days including:
- Vendor selection and implementation of Box, our new LP of Illinois DMS
(Document Management System)
- Evaluation of new CiviCRM / LPStates upgrade: capabilities / costs /
features & limitations
- Starting to learn about Alternative path Zoho / capabilities / costs /
features & limitations
A few other notables:
* Web Division updated candidate information / Elected officials info
* Web Division updated lpillinois.org links to point to current
documents now on Box platform
* Renewing Annual Phone service Grasshopper
* After AWS roll-off for old document hosting, we anticipate a
Year-end Y/E savings of $300
Thank you,
