Second Chance Georgia Partnership
Hey Team, As many of you know, we are partners in the Georgia Justice Reform Partnership. One of the partners has set up a campaign to expand expungement in Georgia. Currently, only people who have been arrested but not convicted of a crime can have that arrest expunged in Georgia. Essentially, it's a policy of harm reduction for people convicted of crimes we likely don't believe should be crimes in the first place. I asked the Georgia Justice Project for guidance on setting up our own expungement event in Fulton County and they basically said it's not worth it until the law is changed and that that is what we should be advocating for. I'd like to sign the Libertarian Party of Georgia on as an organizational partner pushing for increased expungement opportunities in Georgia. Let me know what y'all think. http://www.secondchancegeorgia.org/become-a-partner/ -- In Liberty, Ryan Graham Chair, Libertarian Party of Georgia

As many of you know, we are partners in the Georgia Justice Reform Partnership.

Yea. Ryan, what misdemeanors and felonies would be some early targets for expungement reform?
