And I’m concerned if staff is gossiping to Ms Ryan. That would be HIGHLY I appropriate. As is saying a bad ruling should be sustained because one wants a certain outcome. That is not the purpose of an appeal. Whether or not one likes the outcome is irrelevant to whether a ruling is correct or not. Also, Daniel Hayes was in a meeting we had on Thursday night and is actively cooperating with the COC while the LNC sorts out his status. The COC goes through a lot, and we've all had our moments of being assertive. Some people's personalities are more hot-head-ish than mine is, and more-so than Bette Rose's, but for others it's just how people talk to their friends every day, and these meetings are less formal than LNC meetings. We roll with and usually laugh it off it in spite of extreme personality differences. There have been a lot of public attacks on and misinformation about the COC, and we should be expected to react to that in an unhappy manner.
