Colleagues,
Ahead of thisnnext weeks meeting, I hope we can be fully prepared to make a concrete decision, rather than continuing to kick the can down the road further yet again. I believe that when considering potential dates and locations of the convention, we should be taking feedback from members and state party leadership into consideration as well.
Thus, I would like to formally request that the Convention Oversight Committee make public the full list of potential host cities and dates they plan to present as options for the LNC to consider, as soon as possible, as to facilitate a healthy, transparent, and public discourse about our options with membership and those who we represent on this board.

I'd also like that information, as I plan to attend. Thank you. --- Elizabeth Van Horn On 2020-05-03 17:00, Joe Bishop-Henchman via Lnc-business wrote:

I agree. I don't think that location (city) and dates are violating any secrecy. As that's broad information. Not specific. But, is helpful to delegates. The LP members normally know dates and city location for a national convention well in advance of a year. We will have the premature release of possible convention locations on our agenda for tomorrow night. I think this would be counter productive because some might get excited about a particular location then be disappointed if it is eliminated without explanation, which is possible when dealing with confidential bids. --- Sam Goldstein, At Large Member Libertarian National Committee 317-850-0726 Cell On 2020-05-03 18:42, Erin Adams via Lnc-business wrote:
