To prepare for tonight's COC meeting to which we have invited the LNC I have attached the current version of our Bylaws and Convention Rules as set by the delegates at the 2018 Libertarian Party National Convention at New Orleans. Please note that only the delegates in convention can alter or change this document as has been the established procedure of the Party of Principle for over 40 years. Keep this in mind as you listen to and participate in tonight's meeting. Also be advised that a typical COC meeting begins at 9:00 PM Eastern Time and often is not adjourned until the rooster start crowing, bring your NoDoz.
