Due to a slightly embarrassing issue on my server that I haven't had time to address, I can't send the Ballot Access Committee report due to its size. I have forwarded the public and private portions of the report to Wes from my personal account, and have asked him to please forward the public portion to the list. I know he's busy preparing for this meeting, so please cut him a little slack. But the report is completed. The private portions of the report cover legal and personnel issues that shouldn't be made public. The report is very thorough. The public portion is 81 pages long.
