Both were sent on 11/26/12, which means that both should end 12/6/12.

But - on the motion regarding purchasing a building, the Secretary stated the end date would be 12/5/12, which would only be 9 days from the start.

And on the motion regarding access to LNC records, the Secretay stated the end date would be 12/10/12, which would be 14 days from the start.

The bylaws call for a maximum of 10 days for an LNC vote (or whenever all have voted or indicated their intent to abstain).

Also - please note that though we have previously had our email ballots end at midnight on the final day of voting, the Secretary has indicated that these two mail ballots will end at 5:00 AM Eastern Time on the final day.

It would probably be better to have all of our mail ballots end at 11:59pm Eastern Time on the final day of voting.
