David, None of the versions have achieved the 4 co-sponsors to become an email ballot. If you'll check back through the related threads, you'll find that: Joshua Katz offered an option. Ms. Harlos wanted to co-sponsor only part of it and then said she would offer a different version. You said you may co-sponsor part of it but would wait to see what Caryn Ann drafted. Caryn Ann then put a version out, which was co-sponsored by you and Joshua. None of the versions have achieved the 4 co-sponsors to become an email ballot. If you'll check back through the related threads, you'll find that: Joshua Katz offered an option. Ms. Harlos wanted to co-sponsor only part of it and then said she would offer a different version. You said you may co-sponsor part of it but would wait to see what Caryn Ann drafted. Perhaps we should focus instead on inspiring and empowering individual grassroots Libertarians to go out and get stuff done without getting stuck in the quicksand of institutional authoritarian consensus and bureaucratic inertia.
