Policy Manual Section 1.01.4 describes an auto-approve process for technical changes to the Policy Manual. Attached is a PDF showing my proposed updates to the bylaw cross-references in our policies. These changes are necessary to reflect the bylaw renumbering caused by amendments adopted at convention. Only Policy Manual Section 1.01.4 contains a cross-reference in the policy itself. The remaining changes are found in the endnotes. I took the opportunity to also use more consistent terminology in those cross-references. Sometimes it would just say "Article" X, sometimes "Bylaw" X, and sometimes "Bylaw Article" X. I've changed them to consistently use "Bylaw Article" terminology to facilitate future text searches. These technical changes are auto-approved in 30 days (July 16) unless the LNC vetoes them with a majority vote before then. I'll wait until the approval time has elapsed to create a clean version for posting to the website. We'll have a meeting on July 17th anyway, and it may need additional updates after that. Please let me know if you notice any other cross-references that I haven't yet marked for updating. -Alicia
