Re: [Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 190922-1: Approve July 27-28 2019 LNC Minutes V4
Dear colleagues: I hope all is well with you. After finally finding some time to review the fourth version of the draft minutes, I noticed a few minor items in the draft that should be rectified. Thus, I shall abstain on the motion. In particular, I noticed the following items: * On p. 4, the page listed for Appendix J-2 is listed as "Error! Bookmark not defined." * On p. 20, the following sentence appears: The current short-list of fifteen (15) sites for the 2022 was presented and discussed. I believe the phrase "national convention" should be inserted in the sentence following 2022. * On p. 24, the following sentence appears: Chairman Nicholas J. Sarwark called the meeting back to order at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 29, 2019. I believe it should be Sunday, July 28, 2019. * In the Word version of the draft, p. 27 is blank (with the exception of the footer at the bottom of the page). As always, thanks for your work for liberty. Take care, Jim James W. Ms. Mattson, as I did for you before, all it takes is a note requesting more time. Everyone had weeks to review the draft and everyone had done at least a first read. Subsequent reads in theory would require only the changed sections. So I do object to your characterization. All that aside, a closing parenthesis is not substantive and I will make that change. In the future, I’m always amenable to time extensions as we all lead busy lives. -Caryn Ann On Mon, Sep 30, 2019 at 12:55 AM Alicia Mattson via Lnc-business < lnc-business@hq.lp.org> wrote:
