Not all of the regions got their paperwork to me in time. I did make reminders. As I stated before, I do think the chair was mistaken in his ruling on the deadline. However, it is my understanding of our bylaws if there is no appeal of the ruling of the chair that those regions are not formed. Mr. Sarwark and regionals, please advise. I will post in a reply to this email what paperwork was submitted. I want to thoroughly go through my email box which is pretty jammed packed right now. * In Liberty,* * Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome (part of the autism spectrum). Good news, located Region 2. It was titled confusingly - so that region is taken care of. I am now looking to find all of the paperwork for region 5. If it is buried in my onslaught of emails than we are all good. I will do a final email of all of the paperwork I received. * In Liberty,* * Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome (part of the autism spectrum). As far as I can find in my box I received no paperwork for any states in Region 8. I received all 12 states for region 1. I received all 3 states for region 2. I received all 4 states for region 3. Region 4 is just CA and it is received. I only received NC, PA, and VA for Region 5. I received IL, IA, MO, NE, ND, WI for Region 6. I received all 5 states for Region 7. I did not receive any states for Region 8. I did not yet check if those regions for which I only received partial paperwork reached the 10% threshold with just those states. Regionals if you have paperwork in your inboxes of copies that were sent let me know. I was deluged with emails yesterday as delegation chairs only half followed the instructions to send emails to ballots@lphq.org (and I have not gone through that email box at all for regional paperwork but my auditors did not alert me to any -- will be going through that over the next few days). If there is an appeal, I will join in it. An e-convention in which there is no personal contact and new to everyone is not the time to have regional agreements due, and further, the rest of the LNC is elected at the in-person convention and that is when, IMHO, the regional formations and elections should be as well. Let me know. * In Liberty,* * Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome (part of the autism spectrum). See if they have their outgoing emails to send over. I am still slogging through the ballots email though they should not have been sent there. * In Liberty,* * Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome (part of the autism spectrum). I was in communication with both SD and MN yesterday, and both should have sent theirs, though I know the convention was a large distraction for everyone.
