I made this in another thread and it went unacknowiedged. I do not believe the chair has the authority as per RONR language cited by Ms Mattson to remove Hayes from the committee. He is still a voting member and should be allowed a vote in the contract approval meeting. The chair had the power to remove him as chair. He abused that power but he has it. He does not have the power to remove him unilaterally. I insist my appeal be recognized and heard. -- * In Liberty,* * Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome (part of the autism spectrum). while I do not believe I need four sponsors for an appeal, since our rules are not clear on this, is there one more sponsor? * In Liberty,* * Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome (part of the autism spectrum). Gracias. I am keeping this open to see if anyone else wishes to join and to see if the Chair gives guidance on how he prefers to handle if not by email ballot. If I do not hear otherwise from him by late night this evening, I will start a ballot. The last time we had an appeal the Chair had it decided by email ballot so I don't believe this will be different but I want to give him a chance to weigh in. * In Liberty,* * Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome (part of the autism spectrum).
