Can I please get an official schedule for this weekend to share with state chairs. I've been in the dark and patient, encouraging my state chairs to do the same, but we are at the finish line and there is still confusion over start times. Is the website correct or is our national chair (as of Thursday) and the email sent to state chairs on the 12th correct? For Saturday, the email and the chair say we are starting 10 CT. The website says 10 ET. Screen shots attached. Much confusion among state chairs and therefore delegates and myself; especially after for clarification today and seeing that the website does not match the clarification received. I need an official schedule to communicate and assume that there will not be any further changes at this time, pending the delegates doing what they will. The emailed agenda previously put out by the Chairman said 5pm and 10am "Austin time". That is what I've been expecting, and shares with others. So, I do hope that hasn't changed. On Fri, May 22, 2020, 12:54 AM Richard Longstreth via Lnc-business < lnc-business@hq.lp.org> wrote:

That's what I'm going to roll with unless told otherwise. Can the website please get updated. That is a big difference for my Hawaii and Alaska folk not to mention I really don't want to see a poorly attended event gavel in because half the country thought one time when it was actually another Richard Longstreth Region 1 Representative (AK, AZ, CO, HI, KS, MT, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY) Libertarian National Committee richard.longstreth@lp.org 931.538.9300 Sent from my Mobile Device On Fri, May 22, 2020, 05:46 Whitney Bilyeu <whitney.bilyeu@lp.org> wrote:

I think we are going to have serious quorum problems. We are credentialling a max number which means 40% of them must actually be in the room. Most aren’t planning on it. On Fri, May 22, 2020 at 7:38 AM Richard Longstreth via Lnc-business < lnc-business@hq.lp.org> wrote:
