I vote no. ------------------------------ I've seen enough discussion that makes me think the goal of some is to get Mr. Hayes back onto the COC. Which I do not think is wise at this time. I'd thought the purpose of the change of the policy manual was to help a future LNC. If Mr. Hayes is off the LNC he could not get back on without a vote. I don't believe he is indeed off regardless of this vote. And this has exposed an exploit for a future LNC and needs to be fixed regardless of any situation here now.
