May I call attention to the following with regard to the proposed minutes: 1. It would be nice to have page numbers for referencing possible corrections. 2. A major heading (if they are to be used) seem to missing one immediately after lunch July 15. "Counsel Report" possibly? 3. I would prefer a word other than missive be used in reference to Mr Wagner's requests for indemnity. "Request" sounds more appropriate to me. 4. Regarding the following Executive Session, the start and end times (2:30P 2:25P) are inconsistent. 5. I believe Mr. Pojunis was also absent at the reconvening at 8:07AM July 16.
