Chuck Moulton has unanimously been elected permanent chair of the Judicial Committee by email ballot (Moulton - 7, NOTA - 0). The Judicial Committee is currently discussing Rules of Appellate Procedure, which we will submit to the LNC well before the 90 day deadline outlined in LP Bylaw 9.3. Thank you.
