Can we not?

This is clearly intended to be financial transactions where money flows from the party to a board member, JC, etc, NOT when we give money to the party.

We have enough going on without going out of our way to find more silliness to wrangle over.

Motion 200511-1 added to the Policy Manual that "Other Financial
Transactions" with LNC members, JC members, and related parties need a
3/4 vote of the LNC. I'd like to get the understanding of the LNC of
what involves "Other Financial Transactions". Is it any exchange of
money for goods or services between the person and the LNC, or a subset
such as only when the money goes from the LNC to the person?
