Attached please find the V1 draft of the May 2, 2020 meeting minutes. Please let me know your comments during the 15 day autoapproval timeframe which starts today. In completing the minutes and reviewing the recording I have to correct an error of fact in one of my statements last meeting - my memory was absolutely incorrect on the wording of my motion to adjourn to. Fortunately no harm no foul as the timing of hearing the motion to reconsider was sustained.
