Please do not purchase plane tickets for any LNC meeting until Robert Kraus confirms we have a contract with the hotel where we plan to stay.

Therefore, please do not purchase plane tickets for the November 14-15 meeting yet.

My advice on this is just free advice.

Someone, please help us remember to remind the LNC when it comes time to decide each meeting that people should not buy their tickets until we confirm the location. We have had to change cities in the past based on failure to find any suitable places in a particular city--usually because some major event is happening that drives up costs in a particular city.
