Counsel for the amici in Utah Republican Party v. Cox was receptive to the feedback I gave him based on the Executive Committee's discussion. He believes he can accommodate the requests we made. He is planning to send a draft for review, hopefully as soon as Monday, but no later than Nov. 9 at 4:00 PM Eastern.
