We used EBallot.com to elect our national delegates and alternates. The “nominations from the floor” were closed as of a couple days before the ballots went out and then we sent the ballots to our state delegates. We uploaded the voter list from a csv file and the questions were entered manually. It was easy and secure. I would recommend that method.
